                   Welcome to our Restaurant

Parker’s Restaurant has been serving the Stokesdale-Summerfield communities for over 51 years with good home cooking for a reasonable fare.  We use only real butter in our cooking and do our best to insure our customers are eating quality, wholesome foods every time.  We still use fresh potatoes for our creamed potatoes.  We make our own hushpuppies, breads and desserts.  We always use fresh hamburger for our burgers and hamburger steaks. Our daily specials are always fresh, top quality meats and vegetables.  Our onion rings are made right in our own kitchen.

For nearly two years now, Parker’s has continued to add to our list of specialty desserts and special occasion cakes.  We are trying to bring back some of the old fashioned favorites that you just can’t find anywhere else.  We provide the community with an opportunity to “check us out” at our annual taste testing events for Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.

We prepare our signature hand pulled barbecue and fresh chicken tenders dipped in our famous breading recipe.

Parker’s has recently introduced the Healthy Fare menu. You now can choose from Grilled Fish, Grilled Chicken Breast, Fresh Chicken Breast Salad made with nonfat yogurt and fat free sour cream (garnished with red grapes and walnuts if you like) or one of our new sides including a Fruit Bowl, Brown Rice and Steamed or Marinated Vegetables.

Coming soon will be three new Healthy Fare salads served on a rotating basis…..Apple-Walnut, Strawberry-Pecan and Mandarin Orange-Almond served with or without Grilled Chicken.
